First things first, I've created this hub to solve the frequently asked questions about six pack abs. So this hub is simple informative hub and not some hub advertising about some fast ab programs.

Now there are millions of people worldwide trying to get those perfectly carved six pack abs. Some give up after trying for a small period of time , thinking that they are going nowhere. Some are clueless about what exactly they should and what they shouldn't. In the next five minutes I intend to solve all your common questions.


So lets get started.

Q.    What exercises do I start with to get six pack abs?

Ans. The most common and basic six pack abs exercise is the ab crunches for the upper abs and  the reverse crunches for the lower abs. For more information about how to do these particular exercises you could google or youtube them. These two exercises are enough for beginners.


Q.    Should I train my abs daily?

Ans. No. You don't need to train your abs daily. When you do the ab workouts your muscles are stressed and they need to rest to get repaired. So beginners may workout their abs twice a week. For intermediates, you can skip workout after every two days. Also remember that the ab workouts are just for developing your ab muscles, that doesn't mean that the abs will start showing just by doing the ab workouts. For the abs to show you must have less body fat around the belly. For that you must combine your ab routine with cardio like cycling or a more fun hoola hooping.


Q.     I've been working on my abs for weeks , but why I still haven't developed the perfect abs?

Ans: Getting six pack abs is a gradual and slow process. It may take from six months upto a year to get the perfect abs. There are many fast ways advertised about to get six pack abs. Be warned that all these fast methods won't make your abs as strong as the normal routine would. So be patient and don't give up.


Q.   Is it necessary to have supplements to get the perfect abs?

Ans: No. It is not necessary to have supplements. Normal healthy diet with high protein content would be sufficient. There are countless number of people who make six pack abs without altering their normal diet.


Q.   If there are faster and shortcut ways to get the perfect abs as shown in various ads , why should I go with the normal old school techniques?

Ans: Most importantly by the normal way of building abs , the ab muscles would be built gradually over a period of time by periodic resting and straining of the muscles. This means that your abs would achieve endurance and strength in a natural way.

The fast techniques may get your abs to show but once you get those abs, you might lose them as fast as you got them.
